I led the development and execution of the global visual identity toolkit for Neutrogena Hydro Boost, creating a scalable system that could be implemented consistently across markets with minimal local customization. My goal was to ensure the work resonated with shoppers regardless of geography while maintaining a unified global brand experience.
By accounting for the needs and behaviors of diverse shopper audiences from the outset, I helped deliver a successful global launch that preserved brand consistency, reduced regional adaptation costs, and generated meaningful efficiencies across the organization.
